​Our project, Cookies For Hope, aims to collect funds to be donated to a local charity, Yayasan Pulih, to victims of sexual harassment by selling cookies to the public, done in response to a quantitative increase in sexual harassment cases during the pandemic. This is our targeted audience, however it may coincide with those celebrating public holidays around the months of April and May, particularly Easter and Eid-al Fitr, as a form of ‘seasons greetings’ and in preparation of the holiday season as the project targets an ending date right before May 2021. Our purpose in donating funds is to aid local foundations in protecting victims of sexual harassment, advancing legal changes, raising awareness of the issue to the public, and taking action against it in general.

I decided to join this cause because I am aware of the mistreatment of sexual harassment victims in Indonesia which for years stay silent because of the  fear of societal embarrassment and trauma. I join this cause in order to do the least I can to help these victims.

Description
1. How do you achieve this experience learning outcomes in this stage today?
At this stage, I could see that I have achieved it mainly through good communication and overall teamwork my team in the social divisions and delivery did. For instance, our team worked together to determine the address and customers we should prioritize first during the delivery.

2. What was important or influential in this experience today?
The fact that I gain experience to compete in deadlines as well as taking risks out of my usual comfort zone, particularly in the delivery.

3. What is the memorable moment in this experience? What went well or was difficult today?
Personally, I think the closest thing to a memorable moment was when I got the first delivery which went very smooth and well considering that the address and identification is all detailed.

Expressing Feeling
1. How do you feel when you are doing your experience today? Where do you think this emotional response comes from?
Mostly I felt focused but normal meaning that it’s not so tense nor is it so happy. This is because my first day on this job resulted in some very happy and satisfied customers.

1. What does this experience mean to you?
This means it became a great way/moment to spend my time during the pandemic, particularly my time in the 2nd semester of grade 11.

2. How do you think your experience today contributes to the development of your IB Learner Profile attributes?
My experience today taught me a valuable lesson in making good communication, particularly between me and the customers, as well as having a balanced life between work and leisure.
